Shipping
We charge exactly what the postal service charges us, plus $1 for packaging up to 15 albums. Please note that double albums count as two LPs for shipping purposes. Other shipping methods can be arranged but must be specifically requested.
Please be advised that Canadian residents must pay applicable Taxes. Foreign orders are exempt from all Canadian taxes. The number of items you order determines the cost of shipping. All orders over $50 will be charged for insurance.
Orders destined for South America and African countries will be charged insurance regardless of the size of the order. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Southeast Asian countries (with the exception of Japan) due to unreliable postal service in these countries and the resulting high percentage of orders disappearing without a trace.
All orders are handled with special care and, whenever possible, orders will be confirmed within 48 hours and shipped upon receipt of payment.
